Our story

Based in Gaylord, MI we have been building homes for over 50 years.

Founded in 1970 by Henry Siwecki, and three generations later, we’re still building throughout all of Northern Michigan.

Henry built most of downtown Gaylord, including Treetops Resort.

Billy Horsell took over operations for years, with William Horsell managing since 2005.

In 2005 Siwecki construction split, with William taking the building division that has now become Siwecki Builders.

Siwecki Builders continues to grow and has become one of Northern Michigan’s premier contracting companies.
